How to Play Roulette
There are 36 numbers and a "zero" in the European roulette and the same number system plus "double" zero in the American roulette. The numbers are colored black and red, while zeros are green.

Then the croupier spins the wheel in one direction and the white plastic ball in the opposite one. When the dealer announces "No more bets", you can't make bets or replace your chips.
